The staff were very helpful and the location was lovely as was the breakfast which was included. The Inn itself was quite dated but very clean and quaint. It was also a bit expensive for what it was but definitely the best value in the area which is expensive as a whole.
Beautiful location.Staff were extremely helpful and always very pleasant and efficient.
Very relaxing and welcoming hotel with wonderful locally sourced food.
could not fault this beautiful , charming hotel . Gorgeous location , great comfortable room, excellent scottish dinner and breakfast.Loved it !!
Dinner was excellent.
Bathroom floor extremely slippy and is dangerous and something must be done about this. I did forget to tell the staff before my departure. The location of this pub is good but having visited Rothesay prior to Cairndow Rothesay was cheaper, better room, facilities and breakfast.
We found the Stagecoach Inn really comfortable and welcoming. The staff were delightful, the food excellent and we felt so cared for and at home. Sure the basic rooms are basic, but they are clean and totally fit for purpose. During our stay we needed a little clothes washing and this was done efficiently, and my wife inadvertently left a pair of earings in the bedroom when we left. Needless to say, the hotel sent them home and they were waiting when we returned. And no request for payment! A lovely experience.
This is an old inn so it is steeped in history - and retains much of its original charm. The owners are very efficient and friendly, and we really enjoyed the company of people from thereabouts in the bar.
Atmosphere good and friendly staff. Facitities ok. Lovely location small and adequate.
Abit dusty and shabby in places. Could do with being painted and windows need a good clean.
The comfort and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. It allowed us to relax. The staff were very obliging and helpful
The toilet seats were faulty and need repairing
The staff were welcoming and polite and helped make our stay enjoyable
Friendly enough staff. Warm community feel. Lot of onfo available regarding local facilities.
Very shabby, in need of some serious update.old carpets, even in the bathroom!!!bad view from rear of hotel(gas canister and unkempt area.) poor choice for vegetarian diet, even though we had made request for vag' and vegan options. No soya milk, no veggie sosage etc.
Absolutely nothing. The hotel was in urgent need of an upgrade.
This hotel was awful. The bedroom was poorly furnished. The bathroom was a disgrace and the whole experience was not enjoyable.
Staff very friendly nothing was a problem, Leanne was brilliant looked after us really welll. The food was very good, the location was good, and what a great breakfast. Great views. Thank you for a great stay. Well done
Despite the fact that we arrived at the height of the gales in late May with blocked roads,no electricity at the hotel and no telephone connections the staff went out of their way to do everything they could to make things comfortable for us.We could not fault them despite trying cicumstances.
We enjoyed it but the lounge was the nicest room and it was warm and cosy
The room was nice but the bed gave us both back ache. The carpet was covered in bits on the first nights stay. Every thing was clean. The room was a bit tight
